You would be reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations
responsibilities include: Monitoring the Problem Management Website
(Commercial), providing information on line of business functions and
processes related to systems enhancements. Designing, building and
testing business functionality. Providing content for communications
to internal and external stakeholders for systems changes. Conducting
Use Acceptance Testing and signing off for system changes. Providing
second-level support, beyond the help desk, during project
implementation, including monitoring, analyzing and addressing user
questions. University degree, college diploma, or CIP designation.
To be successful in this position, your background should include a
strong technical knowledge of underwriting. Must have Commercial
